  • Custom Creations: Our products are made-to-order, just for you. Please allow us 1-2 business days to bring your custom designs to life before shipping.
  • Ready to Ship: Items that are not customized and ready to go will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  1. Shipping Methods and Times
  • Domestic Orders: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL with options for standard 2-3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
  • International Orders (Future Expansion): International shipping is available and typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. You'll see the shipping costs at checkout before you finalize your order.
